Protein Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe

Okay guys, so who LOVES coffee? Me!Me!Me! I love any type of iced or blended coffee & what I love even more is the fact this easy, homemade frappe supplies my body with 18 mg of caffeine, the vitamins and nutrients from a small meal, and 15 g of protein — all while being low in sugar (less than 5 g) , low in fat, and low in calories (less than 175) while tasting AMAZINGGGG. Hope you guys love it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops House Blend Protein Coffee Mix (ask me where to find my fave brand).
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp organic cocoa hazelnut spread
  • (1-2 tsp) Salted caramel as needed (I used the ghirardelli brand)
  • 2 cups ice

**makes a 8-10 oz serving or halfway fills 2 small mason jars**

Instructions:

  1. Add coffee mix, milk, hazelnut spread, and ice to blender
  2. Blend for 10-30 seconds ** blend time determines the consistency** less time makes a thicker blend while longer time makes more of an iced coffee
  3. Drizzle caramel on top
